Warranty & Repairs

Xenowulf Inc. (Xenowulf) warrants all Xenowulf products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from date of shipment from Xenowulf. Any cable, connector or other part not assembled by Xenowulf is limited to the relevant manufacturer’s warranty. Specifically, Xenowulf does not manufacture external connectors, which have different duty cycles. An optional extended warranty of up to three years is available. Please contact Xenowulf Sales if you are interested in the extended warranty option. During the warranty period, Xenowulf will repair or replace defective parts that are returned to Xenowulf. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished. Replacement parts are warranted for the remainder of the warranty period or 90 days whichever is longer. All parts that are exchanged under this warranty become the property of Xenowulf. The warranty does not include on-site repair charges such as labor, travel, shipping or other expenses associated with the repair or installation of replacement parts. Xenowulf is not responsible for damage to or loss of any programs, data or removable storage media. Third party buy-out products not manufactured by Xenowulf carry their own manufacturers’ warranties not to exceed three years.

This warranty extends only to the Original Purchaser or Registered End User. This warranty may be transferred to subsequent end users upon request of the original end user. Contact Xenowulf Customer Service to transfer the warranty.

This warranty excludes products which have been damaged or rendered defective due to external causes including but not limited to:

  • Accident, misuse, or abuse.
  • The result of an Acts of God, such as lightning strikes, earthquakes, flood, and other force majeure circumstances.
  • Installation of products not certified safe by Xenowulf.
  • Unauthorized modifications of the Xenowulf equipment.

Xenowulf warranty obligations with respect to software distributed by Xenowulf are stated in the applicable end user license agreement, which is included with the software. Xenowulf is not obligated to repair or replace software under this Limited Warranty.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS WARRANTY, XENOWULF MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. XENOWULF EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES NOT STATED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

XENOWULF’S RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEFECTS AND MALFUNCTIONS OF THE COMPUTER HARDWARE IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR AND/OR REPLACEMENT OF THE FAULTY COMPONENTS, AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT. XENOWULF IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE XENOWULF COMPUTER SYSTEM OR THE FAILURE OF THE COMPUTER TO PERFORM, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Warranty Part Repair Service

To request warranty repair service, contact Xenowulf Customer Service. Xenowulf Customer Service will assist the customer in determining if a part needs repair. If warranty repair service is required, Customer Service will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Customers ship the part to the attention of the RMA Number at Xenowulf at their own cost. Xenowulf will repair the part and return it to locations within the United States of America freight prepaid. Although Xenowulf will use a three business day delivery service, Xenowulf cannot guarantee three business day delivery. Outside of the USA, Xenowulf will ship parts freight collect. All duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

When returning the defective part for warranty repair, the customer is responsible for using adequate packaging, either the packaging included with the original part shipment, or equivalent. The customer must prepay all shipping charges and insure the shipment, or accept the risk of loss or damage during transit. Xenowulf will not accept any freight collect or COD shipments. The customer must pay any duties, customs fees, taxes or related costs.

HARDWARE RETURNS

Xenowulf Return/Refund Policies for purchases:

Customers have 30 days from date of invoice to return hardware for a refund (less freight and a 15% restocking fee) to their credit card or credit memo to their Net 30 Day account. Contact Xenowulf Customer Service: support@Xenowulf.com or call (818249-8100.

Equipment returned to Xenowulf for refund or credit during the initial 30 day period must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

3rd party hardware (graphics cards, GPU cards) returns:

NVIDIA graphics cards purchased through Xenowulf are not eligible for refund.

Xenowulf will issue RMAs for defective third-party products, under warranty, after approval by Xenowulf Customer Service.
